Cultural Diversity and Customer Service

As customers domestically and worldwide become more diverse, organizations face new challenges in understanding how to identify and meet their needs. Training can help representatives of the company gain awareness of cultural diversity and the skills necessary to provide excellent and successful customer service.

This workshop explores the impact of cultural diversity on customer service. Participants gain valuable insights into diverse styles, cultural norms, behaviors, expectations and do's and taboos. Participants acquire tools and techniques that will help them gain new business and keep valued customers.
