Diversity 360™

The ultimate goal of a Diversity and Inclusion Initiative is to change diversity-related behaviors to enhance business results. Simmons Diversity 360™ enables organizations to assess diversity-related behaviors from four key perspectives: self, supervisory, coworker and direct reports, while supplying prescriptive expert advice on development action plans.

The Simmons Diversity 360™ instrument measures 110 behaviors related to the 5 key leadership competencies for leveraging diversity in the workplace (Awareness, Equity, Valuing, Commitment and Leveraging workplace diversity.)


Key Objectives – Participants will:

  • Obtain valuable feedback on workplace behaviors from peers, leadership and direct reports
  • Receive behavior-based, customized prescriptions designed to support each individual’s strengths and skills development
  • Achieve long-term mastery of new skills through the guidance of an executive coach
