Eliminating Sexual Harassment and Discrimination

This workshop provides information and skills to help prevent and eliminate subtle and overt forms of harassment and discrimination for responsible companies.

Participants learn what constitutes harassment, how to avoid creating liability for the company and contribute to a productive, respectful workplace. Supervisor and Manager versions include additional skills according to their unique responsibilities.

 
Key Objectives - Participants will:

  • Increase awareness of and sensitivity to behaviors that constitute sexual harassment, including hostile work environment
  • Build skills to maintain compliance with EEOC guidelines and create a more harmonious and productive work environment
  • Understand and review existing company policies against discrimination and harassment and grievance procedures
  • Understand supervisors/manager's critical roles and additional responsibilities to avoid creating liability
  • Learn how to effectively and legally respond to complaints
  • Learn skills to create and maintain a harassment-free workplace
