Executive Overview

Senior Management's full understanding, commitment and participation is critical for a successful Diversity and Inclusion Initiative. Many organizations struggle to gain meaningful executive buy-in from the whole team, or from key members. Even when buy-in is realized, executives require a clear understanding of the process and what they must do to support it.

The Simmons' Executive Overview (2-3 hours session) provides senior executives with a clear understanding of the steps involved in a successful diversity and inclusion initiative and builds executive support for the effort. The material is condensed and focused, presented in an engaging format sensitive to the time constraints of executive schedules. Ideally, a Needs Assessment is conducted in advance of the session, allowing Simmons to present specific, relevant components of the organization's business case for diversity.
