Gender differences can create stereotypes, misunderstandings and conflict in the workplace, and yet gender diversity can be a powerful asset. Managing and leveraging gender differences therefore, is fundamental to an organization's productivity and success.

In this highly interactive program, participants identify the impact of gender on individual and team performance by exploring gender roles and gender-based differences in the workplace.

Key Objectives - Participants will:

  • Improve the bottom line by improving working relationships and teamwork among men and women
  • Examine hidden gender-related forces and how these unwritten rules may help/hurt performance and how to remove or reduce them
  • Develop new behaviors to enable men and women to work together more effectively
  • Learn the skills and communication tools to allow them to leverage differences for improved relationships and enhanced business results
