SIMMONS ASSOCIATES JOINS FORCES WITH GLOBAL LEAD
- Combined organization will expand global footprint and offer enhanced breadth of
diversity and inclusion services -

Cincinnati, Ohio - May 16, 2008 - Global Lead, LLC, an international diversity consultancy, announced today it has acquired privately-held Simmons Associates, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based inclusion firm. As a result of the deal, Global Lead will gain a European presence and add Founder Terrence Simmons and President Anthony Simmons, their Senior Team and staff to the company.

Simmons' diversity strategies, including their proprietary Vectors™ employee-development training, will dovetail with Global Lead's broad array of inclusion services, to offer a highly integrated package of talent optimization, education and training, and interactive solutions for the global marketplace. "Global Lead and Simmons are a powerful combination and will drive meaningful results for our clients," said Oris Stuart, CEO of Global Lead.

Founder and CEO Terrence Simmons will become Partner for European Operations at Global Lead and run the United Kingdom office while continuing his executive interface with key clients. President Anthony Simmons will join the firm as Principal and along with the current Simmons team and external consultants will move to Global Lead's office in Ambler, Pa.
