Once an organization has invested in a Diversity and Inclusion Initiative and in skills-based training for leaders and team members, it is critical to support and reinforce the new skills as participants return to the workplace.

Our Online Toolkit reinforces skills learned in Leadership 2020™ and Diversity 2020™ and provides just in time answers to diversity questions, topic-specific resources and best practices. The Tool Kit is hosted by Simmons for ease of use, maintenance, and updates. It is particularly valuable for remote and geographically dispersed employees.
