This workshop introduces participants to Simmons' unique Performance Development System, a comprehensive practical framework to facilitate effective and unbiased development of all employees. Participants learn about the process and review the System Tool Kit, using hands-on exercises to practice the skills required to implement it.

Key Objectives - Participants will:

• Institute a systematic process for effective, unbiased development to tap the full potential of each employee, and retain those who are most valued
• Learn the concepts and format of the Simmons Advanced Performance Development System
• Partner with managers and associates to enhance communication and gain consensus on action plans
• Prepare materials and plan meetings in which managers and associates enhance communication skills, identify and address bias, and effectively collaborate to achieve business goals
