In today's competitive environment, employee development, performance enhancement, and retention are more challenging than ever. A comprehensive performance planning, development, and review process enables managers and associates to tap the full potential of all employees.

This workshop introduces participants to Simmons' unique Performance Development System, a comprehensive practical framework to facilitate effective and unbiased development of all employees. Participants learn about the process and review the System Tool Kit, using hands-on exercises to practice the skills required to implement it.

  • Institute a systematic process for effective, unbiased development to tap the full potential of each employee, and retain those who are most valued
  • Learn the concepts and format of the Simmons Advanced Performance Development System
  • Partner with managers and associates to enhance communication and gain consensus on action plans
